Each blank is first shaped on state-of-the-art CNC and manual machines, then handed over to specialists who refine every contour by eye and by feel, delivering tolerances measured in microns. Next, our polishers bring the steel to a mirror-bright, corrosion-resistant finish that not only looks impeccable but also enhances sterilization efficacy. We work in a clean, controlled environment following strict ISO standards. Steam sterilization, or autoclaving, is one of the most effective and reliable methods for eliminating harmful bacteria, viruses, and pathogens. We use high-pressure saturated steam for deep, chemical-free sterilization, ensuring complete hygiene and safety. Initial Packing
Each instrument is carefully cleaned to remove any dust, hair, or particles. Staff involved in this process wear masks and medical caps to maintain hygiene. The instruments are then packed in medical-grade packaging and sent for sterilization.
Final Packing
After sterilization, every packed item is re-checked by a trained team to ensure it’s completely contamination-free. Final packing is done by staff wearing masks and medical caps to ensure full sterility and safety.
